Full-Time Requisition #: WEBSI002889 Description The Social Media, Website & Inventory Coordinator—internally known as Showroom Control is responsible for helping maintain Pro X Powersports’ online presence while ensuring our physical and online inventory is accurate, organized, and professionally presented. Responsibilities include: Creating, posting, and managing engaging social media content Taking photos and videos of inventory, promotions, employees, customers, and dealership activity Creating short-form content such as reels, product walkarounds, and promotional videos Writing clear, engaging captions and promotional copy Monitoring social media activity and helping respond to comments and messages Keeping social media pages active, current, and consistent with the Pro X Powersports brand Photographing new and pre-owned units for the dealership website Creating and updating website listings with accurate unit information and descriptions Ensuring online inventory accurately reflects available units Preparing, printing, and placing hang tags on showroom units Checking showroom units for accurate pricing and displayed information Coordinating and assisting with dealer transfers Helping maintain an organized, attractive, and customer-ready showroom Working with sales and management to promote inventory, events, and dealership specials Completing additional marketing, inventory, and showroom-related tasks as assigned Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Experience using major social media platforms Basic photography and video-recording skills Strong writing, spelling, and communication skills Basic computer and website-management skills Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable attendance and stable work history Social media, content creation, marketing, photography, or dealership experience preferred What We’re Looking For Creative eye for photos, videos, and promotional content Positive, professional attitude Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Confidence appearing on camera or directing others in content Ability to take ownership of responsibilities without constant supervision Willingness to learn our products, inventory, and dealership processes Genuine interest in powersports, outdoor recreation, or related products Comfortable working in both an office and showroom environment Schedule and Compensation Full-time Tuesday–Friday: 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. $15.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Company-paid life insurance Employee assistance program Paid time off Background screening and drug testing are required.
