An established Piqua manufacturer has 1st shift,General Labor Production Operator jobs open @ $18 per hour. Join our team and you will be responsible for maintaining production cell machines at peak performance. You will be removing production parts from a stamping press, visually inspect, and stack the production parts for the next step in the manufacturing process.

A Fast Paced and Clean, Factory Production Environment
Responsibilities
- Operate and service production machines.
- Follow written instructions regarding the customers’ requirements.
- Record scrap and enter counts into the computer at the end of each shift.
- Utilize visual inspection to identify defects or inconsistencies in products. .
- Document inspection results and report any non-conformities or issues to management.
- Maintain proper 5S conditions and housekeeping around all machines.

Requirements
Confirm Biosciences
- Valid Driver’s License
- Your Own Transportation
- A Clean Background with NO Felony Conviction
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to Pass an Employment Drug Screen (NO THC)
- Able to lift 20-40 lbs., several times per shift.
- A Solid Work History, NO Gaps
- Previous Manufacturing Experience Required.
- Must be able read, write, understand and follow written and oral instructions
