Work Status: Non-Exempt Weight Lifting 50 lb. Minimum
Requirements
Work Days: As assigned by 12 month calendar Benefits: Discretionary Leave per Policy or supervisor
Work Hours: As assigned by supervisor Probationary Period: Per Governing Board Policy 4-103 employees in the first year of employment may be evaluated ninety (90) days after the first day of work

Position Summary
Position is responsible for delivery of a variety of materials and supplies to school sites and other appropriate locations.
This position is also responsible for handling daily cash pick-ups and deposits.
Position Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma (or equivalency)
- Skills required to perform multiple tasks in order to meet changing job conditions
- Ability to adhere to safety practices; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate standard office equipment including using pertinent software applications
- Necessary skills to perform basic math calculations
- Understand written procedures, write routine documents, and speak clearly; and solve practical problems
- Must possess a valid Arizona driver's license
Essential Job Functions
- Drive Food Service Vehicle(s) practicing safe driving skills
- Assist weekly with putting away orders for all schools, dry storage, cooler and freezer
- Deliver food service supplies to various locations and secure signature of the receiving individual
- Prepare receiving and inventory reports as necessary for Food Service
- Pick up cash at various locations as directed by supervisor
- Make bank deposits on a monthly basis or as directed by supervisor
- Develop a routine delivery schedule with schools and various departments in the district
- Assist in daily servicing, cleaning and maintenance of the district kitchens, service, and eating areas, as requested
- Assist in the servicing, cleaning and maintenance of the food preparation equipment
- Perform safety inspection of delivery vehicle and add fluids, as needed
- Clean exterior and interior of truck on a daily basis
- Utilize equipment such as telephone, computer, fax machine, printer and copier as required with assigned duties
- Maintain the food service inventory in the warehouse
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
