Kept Companies is the leading provider of commercial fleet washing, retail equipment refurbishing and sales, refrigeration, hood, coil and solar panel cleaning, and parking lot services.
Responsibilities
- Travel throughout assigned service areas to locate and retrieve shopping carts.
- Inspect carts and complete minor repairs using standard hand and power tools.
- Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Identify damaged carts or equipment and report issues to management.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Assist with additional duties as needed to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 with a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving history.
- Must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions.
- Able to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Experience using basic hand and power tools.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in field service, route work, inventory recovery, customer service, or similar hands-on roles is preferred but not required.
