- Previous custodial, maintenance, handyman, apartment maintenance, groundskeeping, or janitorial experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attendance record
- Ability to stay productive with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using cleaning chemicals, vacuums, mops, and basic hand tools
- Ability to bend, lift, push, move, and stand throughout the workday
- Clean common areas and apartment facilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
- Mop floors and clean glass surfaces
- Maintain grounds and dumpster areas
- Assist with general maintenance and handyman tasks as assigned
- Report maintenance concerns to management
- Work independently while staying in communication with the Property Manager
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional appearance of the property
