Practice in Skilled Nursing (SNF) and Assisted Living (ALF) facilities. Cover territory from Ashland KY to Portsmouth OH. Typically cover one facility per day. RVU based compensation. 16-20 patients per day = $265,000-$315,000 annually. Possibility of additional Medical Director stipend of $15k+ per year. AI for instant, intuitive charting. Lots of autonomy: M-F schedule with ability to leave once patients are seen and responsibilities finished, typically well before 5:00pm. No call. Medical, dental, 401k, etc. 13 paid holidays.
