Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to elicit, analyze, and define requirements and solution approaches Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business and user needs Prepare functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts (e.g., mockups) Facilitate discussions, planning sessions, and feature refinement activities Translate business needs into technical requirements and technical concepts into clear business language Analyze complex business problems and propose effective solution options Support decision‑making by providing structured analysis and recommendations Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and BA practices Take ownership of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle as part of a Scrum team Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Experience working on customer-facing web or mobile applications Strong knowledge of business process analysis methodologies (BPMN, UML or similar) Experience working in Agile/Scrum software delivery environments Proven ability to write clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for backlog and sprint management Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English (B2-C1) Nice to Have: Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) Experience with Azure DevOps administration or advanced usage We offer: Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexible A competitive salary and good compensation package Personalized career growth Professional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more) Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharing Education reimbursement Memorable anniversary presents Corporate events and team buildings Other location-specific benefits Not applicable for freelancers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
