Finance Transformation – Anaplan Solutions Architect, Senior ManagerA leading global professional services and consulting firm is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Finance Transformation practice, specializing in Anaplan solution architecture.The RoleYou will work directly with C-suite finance leaders (CFOs, Controllers, Treasurers) to modernize and optimize core finance functions, including planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics. This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for architecting Anaplan solutions that translate directly into measurable business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead design and implementation of Anaplan solutions across FP&A, consolidation, and reporting workstreamsPartner with senior executives to align finance transformation initiatives with broader business strategyOwn complex financial data analysis, modeling, and forecasting to support strategic decision-makingOversee integration of financial management software to improve operational performanceDrive process optimization initiatives targeting cost reduction and efficiency gainsLead and develop high-performing, cross-border project teamsServe as primary client relationship owner, managing expectations and delivery across engagementsNavigate multi-jurisdictional finance transformation projects with diverse stakeholder groupsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degreeMinimum 6 years of hands-on Anaplan implementation experienceDifferentiatorsDegree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science/Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Systems, or Risk Management/InsuranceAdvanced Anaplan solutions architecture expertise (Master Anaplanner certification a strong plus)Track record leading cross-functional finance transformation engagementsStrong data visualization and executive-level advisory skillsDemonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder client relationshipsTravel: Up to 60%
