Auto Body Technician – B Tech

• Body / Painter / Start to Finish Technician

• Pay Flat Rate: 30% -40%

• $40,000 - $80,000 Yearly

• Direct Deposit or paper check 

• Bi Weekly Pay

Requirements:

3 Years Experience

Ability to turn 60+ hours weekly 

Perform Quality Repairs 

Positive Attitude

Own Tools 

Vacation/sick leave

Schedule

• Monday - Friday (7am-7pm)

  • Hours of choice

  • Saturdays available if you wish

Expectations

1. Restore & repair vehicle as assigned

2. Read a work order

3. Tear down and create a supplement

4. Maintain cleanliness of vehicles while performing repairs

5. Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored

6. Follow all safety policies and procedures

7. Disassembly and reassembly

8. Experience working in a collision repair or body shop is a must

9. Quality conscious and detail-oriented

10. Use the proper Safety Gear

11. Use a vac sander to help maintain a clean and healthy environment
