Recruiting Manager Civil Structural Engineer Location: Indianapolis, IN. Hybrid role (min 2 days in office). Pay: $120,000 to $145,000 per year. Job Description Qualifications Professional Engineering (P.E.) License. Over 10 years of experience designing building structural systems for pharmaceutical/industrial/chemical facilities. Demonstrated leadership in structural design of steel and concrete structures of various sizes and execution approaches. Proficiency in STAAD/STAAD Pro. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks. Solid knowledge of building codes and applicable structural codes. Leadership and mentoring experience for structural engineers and designers. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Responsibilities Provide discipline leadership for the structural design and documentation of various sizes and scopes of projects. Support the Department Manager by leading Structural discipline components, ensuring delivery of design deliverables meet quality expectations and schedules. Provide technical guidance and oversight to less experienced personnel, including mentoring. Assist management with structural staff forecasting to balance resources. Assist in evaluating employee performance feedback. Assist in project proposals by ascertaining scope and determining required engineering/design budgets. Maintain effective communications with department members, higher management, and clients.
