A respected, fast-growing, mid-sized New York–based law firm is seeking accomplished Senior Attorneys to join its partnership. Following its strongest year on record, the firm is executing ambitious expansion plans and is selectively recruiting Partners and potential Co-Chairs to help lead and scale several core practice areas.
This opportunity is designed for entrepreneurial, business-generating attorneys who are motivated by leadership, platform growth, and long-term upside.
The firm is actively hiring senior attorneys with established practices across:
- Commercial Real Estate
- Corporate M&A
- Intellectual Property
- Construction (Owner/Developer Side)
Successful candidates will join as Partners or, for qualified individuals, assume a Managing Attorney or Co-Chair role with significant influence over practice direction, strategic growth, and talent development.
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Deep technical expertise in one or more of the firm’s core practice areas
- Demonstrated portable book of business of at least $750,000.
- For Co-Chair consideration, a portable book of $1 million or more is required
- Proven client origination, relationship management, and revenue generation
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in growing both a practice and the broader firm
- Admission to the New York Bar
