Personal Lines Account Manager

Personal/Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal/Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional with a background in personal lines and light commercial insurance, or for someone with personal lines experience who is eager to expand into commercial lines. The successful candidate will play a key role in servicing and managing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the agency. Compensation Package Salary : $40,000 - $50,000 (Dependent on Experience) Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package Work Environment : On-site position with a collaborative and supportive team culture Responsibilities Manage and service a book of business, including personal lines (home, auto) and small commercial accounts (BOPs, general liability, small commercial packages). Handle daily service tasks such as Certificates of Insurance, endorsements, change requests, and running reports. Quote new and renewal business for both personal and commercial lines. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Experience : Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in insurance account management. Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in personal and/or commercial lines. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Applied TAM software is preferred. Soft Skills : Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive and customer-focused mindset. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
