The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program is seeking a Cybersecurity Audit Analyst with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program is seeking a Cybersecurity Audit Analyst with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
The role focuses on:
- Executing and improving the cybersecurity audit program
- Conducting internal audits
- Coordinating external audit responses
- Cybersecurity frameworks
- Audit methodologies
- Risk management practices
Internal Audit
- Support formalization and automation of audit programs
- Conduct scheduled reviews of internal processes
- Ensure risk-mitigating controls are:
- Implemented
- Documented
- Effective
- Coordinate with risk analysts for control alignment
- Perform audit testing and analysis
- Participate in meetings and interviews
- Evaluate procedural documentation
- Develop audit reports for leadership
- Escalate significant risks to senior management
- Track and ensure closure of audit issues
- Coordinate responses for audit requests
- Work with multiple stakeholders across teams
- Compile and provide comprehensive audit responses
- Maintain strong cross-functional relationships
- Track and document all communications and responses
- Support audit liaison processes
- Assist with documentation of audit procedures
- Develop templates and reference materials
- Plan and track milestones and deliverables
- Perform additional assigned tasks
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years in:
- Cybersecurity audit
- IT audit
- Risk management
- Compliance
- Experience in:
- Audit execution
- Risk assessments
- Program evaluations
- Research (quantitative & qualitative)
- Preferred background in government or regulated environments
- Cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS Controls)
- IT systems, networks, and applications
- Vendor management concepts
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to:
- Manage multiple priorities
- Meet deadlines
- Follow through consistently
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work:
- Independently
- As part of a team
- Adaptability to changing priorities
- Problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Background Check (CORI) - required after selection
- Fingerprinting - may be required
- Security clearance and training required
