RN - Medical ICU

Job Details Weekly Working Hours: [Weekly Scheduled Hours] 36‑hours/week Shift: 12‑hour Day/Night rotations or straight nights. RN's do 6 weeks of self‑scheduling. The Medical ICU at Johns Hopkins Hospital is a 24‑bed Intensive Care Unit specializing in high‑acuity patient care. The unit treats complex medical diagnoses including end‑stage renal and hepatic disease, multisystem organ failure, newly diagnosed or existing autoimmune and pulmonary disorders, critically ill ante‑partum/post‑partum patients, and critically ill oncology patients. This position requires at least one year of recent ICU experience. Responsibilities include mechanical ventilation, ECMO, cardiac support, dialysis, IV titration, and more. Qualifications Minimum of 6 months ICU experience; 1 year high acuity ICU/MICU experience preferred. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required. BSN preferred; ADN holders must matriculate into a BSN program. Basic CPR upon hire required. Active RN license upon hire required. Benefits Competitive pay and benefits. Compensation Salary Range: Minimum $39.64/hour — Maximum $61.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
