Key Responsibilities

• 
  Guide borrowers through the mortgage origination and refinance process from application to closing
  
  



• 
  Review loan applications, financial documentation, and supporting information
  
  



• 
  Educate clients on available loan products and financing options
  
  



• 
  Maintain proactive communication with borrowers throughout the lending process
  
  



• 
  Partner with processing and underwriting teams to ensure efficient loan closings
  
  



• 
  Ensure compliance with all applicable lending regulations and company policies
  
  



• 
  Deliver a high level of customer service and relationship management
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  
  
  Active Arizona NMLS license required
  
  
  
  



• 
  Mortgage Loan Officer experience required
  
  



• 
  Strong understanding of residential mortgage products and lending guidelines
  
  



• 
  Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
  
  



• 
  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
  



• 
  Ability to obtain additional state licenses (licensing costs covered by employer)
