Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. The counselor will provide individual and group therapy, relationship counseling, and create tailored treatment plans for clients. Responsibilities include conducting mental health assessments, developing case management strategies, and collaborating with clients and other professionals to provide holistic care that aligns with Wellspring Counseling's core values. Qualifications Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management In-depth knowledge of Mental Health and Psychology principles and practices Ability to provide Relationship Counseling and other therapeutic services Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in Florida Experience with faith-based and holistic approaches to mental health is preferred Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards #J-18808-Ljbffr Wellspring Counseling, Miami
