Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Oversee daily field operations, ensuring all maintenance contracts are executed with precision and efficiency. Crew Development: Train crew members on industry best practices, safety protocols, and equipment handling to ensure a top-tier finished product. Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for process improvement and service expansion to help take the company to the next level. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and staff, resolving issues with professionalism and a can-do attitude. Resource Management: Manage schedules, equipment maintenance, and material inventory with extreme organization. What You Bring to the Table Proven Experience: A strong background in professional landscape maintenance is a must. You know the difference between "done" and "done right." Leadership Chops: Excellent communication skills and the natural ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team. Bilingual Skills: English/Spanish fluency is strongly preferred to effectively communicate with our entire team and client base.
