Territory Manager
GSB Sales
Garden State Bins is a rapidly growing sanitation services company specializing in residential bin cleaning, commercial dumpster sanitation, fleet washing, and municipal power washing services. As we expand into new territories across the United States, we are seeking motivated and operationally minded Territory Managers to oversee local market execution. Key Responsibilities Door-to-Door Sales Team Leadership (Seasonal – Approx. 16 Weeks) Coordinate with GSB Corporate Sales Director (Sean Smith). Run daily morning sales meetings with sales representatives. Monitor and record daily sales performance metrics. Manage team schedules and territory assignments. Support recruiting and onboarding of seasonal sales representatives. Ensure sales teams are properly equipped and deployed in assigned neighborhoods. Maintain accountability and morale within the sales team. Route Coordination & Quality Control Coordinate with GSB Corporate Operations to design efficient service routes. Monitor route performance and make adjustments as needed. Conduct random service quality spot checks in the field. Monitor customer satisfaction survey feedback (text/email). Address service issues quickly to ensure strong customer retention. Maintain high standards for reliability and customer experience. Truck & Equipment Setup / Maintenance Confirm all trucks are operational. Ensure water tanks are filled and systems are functioning properly. Check pressure washing systems, hoses, pumps, and equipment. Ensure proper grey water disposal according to company procedures. Confirm trucks return without mechanical issues. Review driver reports for any operational concerns. Schedule necessary equipment maintenance. Coordinate with GSB Corporate for backup trucks during service periods. Maintain equipment readiness and cleanliness. Driver Scheduling & Personnel Coordination Manage weekly driver schedules. Coordinate time‑off requests and sick coverage. Ensure trucks are properly staffed each day. Maintain driver accountability and performance standards. Support hiring and training as the territory expands. #J-18808-Ljbffr GSB Sales
