Outside Sales Consultant

Engagement: Independent contractor (1099 or C2C where legally appropriate)

Compensation: Uncapped commissions

Ryan Project Group, LLC is seeking experienced professionals with established connections to art buyers, interior designers, institutional purchasers, and major commercial accounts to represent Bethany Ryan Art.

The role focuses on identifying suitable projects and converting existing relationships into verified artwork purchases for universities, hospitals, corporate campuses, hospitality properties, multifamily developments, and bulk retail accounts. Partners determine their own schedule and methods within the written agreement.

**Commission rates (eligible sales)**

- Studio.BethanyRyan.com and catalog orders: 10% when qualifying monthly Studio sales are below $15,000

- Studio.BethanyRyan.com and catalog orders: 15% on all qualifying Studio sales for the calendar month once the $15,000 threshold is reached

- Etsy Gallery: 5% on qualifying, attributable sales (Etsy sales do not count toward the Studio threshold)

Qualifying sales are verified merchandise subtotals after discounts and refunds, excluding tax and shipping. Attribution uses assigned partner identifiers, approved links, registered projects, and order verification. Commissions on Studio sales are calculated after application of any discount codes or bulk discounts where used.

**Illustration only:** At the 15% tier, $666,667 in eligible corporate sales of art pieces to be used throughout a hospital in one calendar month produces $100,000 in gross commissions. This is a mathematical example, not a representation of typical or guaranteed earnings.

**Responsibilities**

- Identify prospective buyers, projects, and bulk opportunities within existing relationships

- Present approved artwork, product information, and mockups

- Register leads and projects and support accurate attribution

- Coordinate custom quotes and fulfillment questions with Ryan Project Group, LLC

**Requirements**

Demonstrated buyer access and professional follow-through in art sales, galleries, interior design/staging, corporate or institutional purchasing, hospitality, or wholesale/retail art distribution. Influencers with audiences showing purchase intent are also considered.

Ryan Project Group, LLC maintains more than $2 million in business insurance coverage.
