Construction Project Manager

TITAN, Consultants & Engineers, LLC.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field required; equivalent industry experience and relevant field training may be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects or similar project management responsibilities. At least 6 years of progressive construction industry experience in roles such as Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or related positions. Prior Design-Build project experience is highly preferred. Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-based applications. Experience with Primavera P3/P6, Viewpoint, BIM, and Revit is preferred. OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications required (or the ability to obtain them upon hire); STS (Safety Trained Supervisor) certification is a plus. LEED Green Associate (GA) or LEED Accredited Professional (AP) certification is preferred. Competitive annual salary of $130,000 - $150,000, based on experience and qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
