Pay Range: $45 - $50 per hour on W2 Job Summary:
As a member of the Pricing Frameworks Team, this role provides essential operational support for bringing product and offer decisions to market. The position focuses on execution and coordination, partnering with upstream business partners and downstream operational teams to ensure smooth execution of product and pricing changes. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential operational support to bring product and offer decisions to market.
- Partner closely with team members and upstream business partners (Product Marketing Managers, Business Model Strategy Managers).
- Facilitate smooth execution of product and pricing changes through downstream processes.
- Focus on execution and coordination, working with technical operations, revenue accounting, deal desk, order management, sales operations, legal counsel, customer care, and cloud tech.
- Remove operational barriers and maintain process efficiency.
- Be based in San Jose and work in the office a minimum of three days a week.
- 2+ years of experience in an operational or coordination role with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with tools like Workfront, Confluence/Wiki, SAP, SFDC, Dynamics 365, and SKU creation
- Candidates coming from Tech/Saas Industry are highly preferred
