Job Description
1. 0-5 years of experience in IT staffing
2. Strong experience in US laws and sourcing through different channels
3. Strong understanding of technology
4. Past experience in technical screening
5. Excellent approach in working with job boards and social media like Google Search, Dice, Monster, Indeed, Github, Stack overflow, LinkedIn, etc.
6. Good understanding of the latest trends in the Talent Management Space
7. Excellent written and verbal communications skills
8. Good understanding of the Recruitment Life Cycle and Candidate Tracking Tools is a plus
Qualifications
Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree and/or an MBA from a reputed college/university
