As our aftermarket and service operations continue to scale, we're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused, operationally driven Service Support Specialist to help support our technicians, customers, fleet operations, and service execution teams. This role sits at the center of service operations. You'll help coordinate:

• service workflow
• technician scheduling

• work order management
• fleet processing
• warranty administration

• aftermarket coordination

Customer & Service Support

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, technicians, and internal teams regarding service-related requests
• Deliver responsive, professional customer support with urgency and accuracy
• Assist with troubleshooting coordination, service updates, and operational communication
• Help ensure customers receive timely service support and equipment updates

Service Coordination & Operational Execution

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently
• Monitor and manage work in progress (WIP)
• Open, update, and close work orders accurately
• Support workload balancing and technician coordination
• Help improve service department workflow, communication, and operational efficiency

Administrative & Fleet Support

• Process warranty claims, fleet records, and service-related documentation
• Maintain accurate customer, service, and operational records
• Assist with rental equipment support, shipping/receiving coordination, and service administration
• Support reporting, compliance tracking, and operational documentation

Vendor & Internal Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with: technicians, branch leadership, parts teams, vendors, manufacturers, customers
• Help maintain strong communication across departments to support smooth service execution

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in: service coordination, dispatching, operational support, fleet support, customer service, dealership operations, work order management, industrial service administration
• Strong understanding of: service workflow, technician coordination, customer communication, warranty processing, WIP management, operational prioritization
• Experience with: ERP systems, service management software, CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, fleet/service platforms
• Strong multitasking and organizational ability
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Forklift or material handling industry experience is highly preferred.
