As an Overnight In-Home Caregiver with Experience Professional Care Solutions , you are the reassuring, watchful presence that helps our clients feel safe, comfortable, and truly cared for while the world sleeps. Your work gives families complete peace of mind, knowing their loved one is in trustworthy hands all night long.

We are a nurse-led, veteran-owned team serving our neighbors across Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Three Forks, and Livingston . With overnight care in highest demand across our community, we are actively looking for dependable, warm-hearted caregivers to join our dedicated team.

Available Shift Block

Caregivers are scheduled into structured shift blocks based on confirmed availability and agency scheduling needs:

• Overnight: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM (10-hour awake overnight shift)
  

How You’ll Make a Difference

Every client is unique, but your core overnight moments will include:

• Nighttime Peace of Mind: Monitoring safety, comfort, and well-being throughout overnight shifts.

• Restful Evening & Morning Routines: Helping clients wind down for a calm night and gently start their morning.

• Safe Mobility: Assisting with nighttime movement, bathroom trips, positioning, and safe transfers around the home.

• Personal Care with Heart: Assisting with bedtime or morning dressing, grooming, and hygiene with dignity and respect.

• Reassuring Presence: Providing calm companionship and comfort if a client wakes up anxious or disoriented.

• Attentive Care: Observing and reporting changes in condition, keeping accurate visit documentation, and following individualized care plans and safety protocols.
  

Growth Opportunities: Every new team member starts as a Care Provider , with clear, supported pathways to advance to Care Professional and Care Lead as you build your skills and experience!

No formal caregiving experience? No problem! Whether you’ve worked in healthcare, cared for a family member, served in the military, worked in education or customer service, or are just starting, we welcome you. We provide paid orientation, continuous skill development, guided learning, and constant support from experienced leaders who care about your growth.

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation

• Current auto insurance

• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
  

Pay & Benefits
Base Pay

• $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
  

Shift Differential

An additional $3.00 per hour is paid for:

• Overnight shifts (9:00 PM to 7:00 AM) — Making your actual starting range $26.00 to $29.00 per hour !

• Weekend shifts (Premium pay may also apply for select last-minute coverage needs.)
