Your Responsibilities

* Utilize our proprietary platform and your network to discover promising healthcare candidates

* Reach out to interested candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their enthusiasm

* Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for advanced screenings

* Maintain engagement with leads to support their hiring journey

* Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your outreach

What You Need for Success

* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Compensation Structure

This role operates on a commission-only basis. There are no limits to your earning possibilities and your journey to success.

Your earnings will reflect the genuine value you create:
