Franchise Business Coach

Franchise Business Coach Hybrid / Remote for the right candidate Position Summary Cabinet IQ is seeking an experienced Franchise Business Coach to support and elevate our growing network of franchise owners. This role is responsible for driving franchisee performance through structured business reviews, KPI accountability, and ongoing coaching and development. You will serve as a trusted advisor to franchise owners, helping them operate at a high level while protecting and strengthening the Cabinet IQ brand. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one coaching and support to franchise owners through virtual meetings, training sessions, and on-site visits as needed Conduct regular business reviews focused on KPIs, financial performance, sales execution, and operational excellence Assess individual franchisee needs and deliver customized, prescriptive coaching, tools, and resources Audit franchise operations to ensure brand standards, systems, and processes are being followed consistently Educate, advocate for, and reinforce Cabinet IQ brand standards and best practices Maintain detailed, organized records of franchisee interactions, action plans, and progress Collaborate with internal teams on special projects and system improvements Perform additional duties as needed to support franchisee success Home services or construction industry experience is a plus.
