About the role As a Store Manager, you will lead the customer and associate experiences in your store. You are empowered to drive a profitable business by focusing on customer experience, operational performance, visual standards, and strong community engagement. Develop a strong operational dynamic within the team to achieve store goals. Promote in-store community events and philanthropic partnerships. Use tools and reporting to oversee store profitability, effective budgeting, and payroll. Analyze reporting to develop short and long-term retail plans. Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing.
