Senior Paralegal

Paralegal PositionOur client is seeking a highly experienced and tenured Paralegal to support both Enterprise Procurement and Legal teams within a large corporate environment. This individual will play a critical role in managing contract review, remediation efforts, drafting support, and contract lifecycle management activities while helping address a significant volume of contract work. This position is ideal for a legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and has extensive experience partnering with legal, procurement, compliance, and business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesReview contracts and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistencyAssist with drafting amendments, notices, summaries, and standardized contract templatesSupport contract remediation and repapering projects across the organizationMonitor contract milestones, key dates, obligations, and approval workflowsCoordinate contract execution activities between legal, procurement, and business stakeholdersMaintain contract records, documentation, and repositories within contract management systemsSupport contract intake, routing, execution, and ongoing lifecycle management processesIdentify non-standard contract terms and escalate potential legal risks to attorneys as appropriateAssist with reporting, tracking, and operational initiatives related to enterprise contracting activitiesSkillscontract management, contractTop Skills Detailscontract managementAdditional Skills & QualificationsRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in Paralegal, Contract Management, Legal Operations, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of commercial contracting processes and contract lifecycle managementExperience reviewing, organizing, and maintaining large volumes of contract documentationExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to effectively collaborate with cross-functional business partnersPreferred QualificationsHealthcare industry experienceBanking or financial services contract experienceExperience supporting large enterprise organizationsExperience partnering with corporate legal departments, procurement teams, or sourcing organizationsFamiliarity with technology, professional services, and operational agreementsExperience supporting contract remediation, repapering, amendments, renewals, and compliance initiativesExperience maintaining contract repositories and tracking contractual obligationsKnowledge of contract management systems and document management platformsExperience LevelExpert LevelJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
