Data-Driven Associate Business Analyst - Power BI

VCI Construction is seeking an Associate Business Analyst in Upland, CA to analyze data, develop dashboards, and support cross-functional teams. You’ll transform data into actionable insights, drive reporting improvements, and partner with Finance, Operations, HR, and IT on data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in business analysis, strong Power BI and Excel skills, and a collaborative mindset.
