This could be the perfect fit. We’re hiring Paraprofessionals to work with children on the autism spectrum in their homes during afternoon and evening hours. As an RBT/BT at BehaviorCare Therapy, you’ll be working directly in the homes of families, providing 1-on-1 support to children with autism or developmental delays. Your job is to help them build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence — all through play-based ABA therapy designed by a licensed BCBA. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where your patience, energy, and creativity can make a lasting difference. Every child is unique, and you’ll get the training and support to meet them where they’re at. Requirements Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after‑school programs, caregiving, autism.) ABA experience a plus!
