About the Role:

As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs across various departments. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through multiple channels to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. Your efforts will directly impact the company's growth and success by ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, including temporary, contract, and permanent positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each position. Additionally, you will represent the company at recruiting events and maintain relationships with educational institutions to support college recruiting initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment workflows.
• Demonstrated knowledge of staffing services and temporary staffing processes.
• Experience in technical recruiting and contract recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring teams.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with college recruiting and organizing recruiting events.
• Familiarity with internet recruiting tools and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
• Certification in recruiting or human resources (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP).
• Background in recruiting for diverse industries or specialized technical roles.
• Proven success in building talent pipelines for both temporary and permanent staffing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using Applicant Tracking Systems to ensure efficient candidate tracking and communication.
• Source and engage candidates through internet recruiting, staffing services, and targeted outreach to build a diverse and qualified talent pool.
• Coordinate and participate in recruiting events and college recruiting programs to attract emerging talent and build employer brand awareness.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies for technical, contract, and temporary staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing channels and improve hiring processes.
