Responsibilities include:Provide direct care, supervision, and support to youth in a 24/7 residential setting.Build trusting, professional relationships while maintaining healthy boundaries.Foster a safe, therapeutic, and trauma-informed environment that promotes emotional regulation, social development, and positive behavior.Support daily living activities, including meals, personal care, laundry, household chores, and recreational activities.Monitor safety, identify potential risks, and respond appropriately to crisis situations using de-escalation techniques and approved physical interventions when necessary.Accurately complete shift notes, medication documentation, incident reports, and other required records.Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and agency policies.Collaborate with supervisors and multidisciplinary team members to provide consistent, high-quality care.Participate in required trainings and maintain a professional, dependable presence on every shift.Why Join Seven Hills Foundation?At Seven Hills, you'll find more than a job—you'll discover a meaningful career where your compassion, patience, and dedication help transform the lives of young people every day.
