Gpac is partnering with a highly respected agronomy company that's looking to add a driven Sales Agronomist to their team. This family-focused business is known for its outstanding customer service and commitment to helping growers succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Provide growers with expert seed, fertilizer, and chemical recommendations
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business
• Collaborate with fellow agronomists to meet customer and company goals
• Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that lead to results
• Accurately forecast supply needs on both monthly and annual levels
• Stay current on agronomy trends, products, and precision technology
• Perform a wide range of agronomic duties with independence and professionalism

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of agronomy-related experience (preferred)
• Degree in Agronomy/Agriculture or equivalent experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
