Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join its dynamic and expanding Labor and Employment Class Action Practice Group . This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative and high-stakes litigation with a collaborative team of skilled professionals. Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record 4-6 years of substantive experience in complex litigation with a focus on employment related and/or class actions Extensive experience defending class action lawsuits, including but not limited to: Employment discrimination , workplace privacy, and EEOC/DOL matters Wage and hour claims , statutory or common law privacy issues Background in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies and assisting clients with employment issues is required. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to tackle cutting-edge legal issues Exceptional legal research and writing skills Key Responsibilities Litigate a variety of high-profile class action cases , with a particular focus on labor and employment class actions Develop case strategies and provide support throughout all aspects of litigation , from discovery to trial Provide strategic counsel to clients on complex legal issues Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality legal solutions Maintain direct client relationships and manage case teams effectively Why Join Us?
