Surplus Lines Tax Specialist

Providing front-line customer service support, the full-time Surplus Lines Tax Specialist will manage client communications, prepare surplus lines tax reports, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage client communications by responding to inquiries, billing questions, and payment confirmations in a timely manner Prepare, process, and distribute surplus lines tax reports and payments to clients Communicate with state regulators to ensure compliance with surplus lines requirements and regulations Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of surplus lines tax filing experience required Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving Virtual Vocations Inc
