About this position Description: Summary/Objective: Consult with customers regarding service needs. Preferred Education/Experience: One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises eight non-supervisory service technicians in the service department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Starting pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, education, and geographic location. Performance-Based Bonus: The employee may be eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus, determined by individual and company performance.
