The Opportunity Are you an extroverted, highly motivated individual looking to control your own earning potential? Apex Windows KC is seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our growing team! We specialize in top-tier exterior maintenance services, including window cleaning, soft washing, and complete exterior washing.
This is a performance-based role in a booming industry. Whether you are a seasoned sales pro or looking for your very first opportunity to learn the ropes, we want to hear from you. Plus, as our company rapidly grows, we will be looking to promote a Sales Manager in the near future—meaning there is major room for career advancement for top performers!
What You Will Do
Direct Sales: Present and sell our premium exterior cleaning services to new customers through proactive door-to-door sales.
Lead Generation: Prospect and contact potential customers, following proven sales scripts to generate high-quality leads.
Customer Solutions: Resolve customer questions, offer tailored cleaning solutions to drive company revenue, and set follow-up appointments to keep clients updated.
Hit Targets: Work diligently to reach and exceed agreed-upon sales targets.
What You Need (Qualifications)
Personality: An extroverted, outgoing personality with the ability to confidently strike up conversations and build rapport quickly.
Experience: Sales experience is recommended, but absolutely not required —we are willing to train the right person!
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive/travel to designated neighborhood locations.
Requirements: Must be at least 15 years of age or older.
Mindset: A strong willingness to learn an upcoming industry and a drive to succeed in a role where compensation is directly tied to your performance.
