Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding parts and service needs. Accurately prepare estimates for repairs and services. Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of work orders. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, estimates, and parts orders. Assist in sourcing and ordering parts as needed. Provide clear communication to customers about timelines, costs, and service updates. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience : At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry. Customer Service Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide an excellent customer experience. Detail-Oriented : Ability to accurately prepare estimates and maintain organized records. Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with automotive parts and repair processes is a plus.
