This full-time remote position allows for flexibility while maintaining a commitment to patient care. Our team collaborates using advanced telehealth systems to ensure continuous support for patients, regardless of geographic barriers. You will work within an integrated care model, partnering with psychiatrists, psychologists, and additional healthcare providers to ensure coordinated treatment plans that encompass the needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct initial comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the needs of patients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

  • Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support groups, offering a safe space for patients to express their challenges while building a sense of community.
  • \n
  • Provide crisis intervention and support, acting swiftly to address urgent mental health needs and coordinate emergency care as necessary.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) platforms.

  • Participate in regular case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and updates on patient progress.

  • Stay current with developments in mental health practice by engaging in ongoing professional education and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults experiencing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas is required.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities, with the ability to conduct thorough assessments and create effective treatment plans.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records and other digital tools necessary for documentation and communication.
  • \n
  • A strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining professional boundaries.

Preferred Experience\n

  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred, with a focus on delivering individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
