** About the Role **

We are seeking a Part-Time Operations Specialist to support daily production and fulfillment operations. This role is hands-on and centered on sublimation printing, product assembly, shipping, prep work, and inventory assistance.

The Operations Specialist plays an important role in ensuring orders are produced correctly, assembled to standard, and shipped accurately and on time.

** Key Responsibilities **

• Operate sublimation printing equipment to produce made-to-order products
• Perform product assembly and finishing with attention to quality standards
• Pack and ship customer orders accurately and on time
• Prepare blanks and materials for upcoming production runs
• Assist with inventory organization, counts, and restocking
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of workspaces and equipment
• Identify issues and support improvements to production and fulfillment processes
• Deliver packages to shipping carriers as needed using a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Use basic desktop layout/design software for simple print layout preparation and production tasks

** Qualifications **

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
• Comfortable with hands-on, production-based work
• Able to follow established processes consistently
• Willing to learn sublimation printing equipment and workflows (training provided)
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate boxes
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable using desktop layout/design software for basic production needs

** Preferred (but not required)**

• Experience with programs such as CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with sublimation printing or heat press equipment
• E-commerce fulfillment or warehouse operations experience
• Inventory tracking or materials management experience
• Startup or small-business operations experience
