Hourly wage: $20 - $33 per hour Actual hourly rate equals or exceeds the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Annual or quarterly performance incentives included. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
