The Surgical Services team provides expert care in orthopedic, neurological, ENT, oral and maxillofacial, cancer, urologic, ophthalmologic, and minimally invasive robotic-assisted procedures, supporting patients through every stage of their surgical journey.We are seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager, Surgical Services to provide operational and clinical leadership for our highly skilled perioperative team. Reporting directly to the RN Manager of Surgical Services, this leader will support a team of 29 caregivers and partner closely with surgeons, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams across the Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, ENT, and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) service lines. The right candidate will have some leadership experience, with 1 or more years of RN Circulator work experience within all service lines of which this position supports.In this role, you will help foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, patient safety, and caregiver engagement while ensuring the highest standards of perioperative care.
