Job Description Product Line Specialist Reports To: Product Line Manager or Director Location: Europe Contract Type: Permanent Scope: RPSI Mission Overview: The Product Management Specialist plays a central role in enabling Product Line performance by transforming data, market insights, and operational information into actionable recommendations. The role ensures accurate execution of product line analytics, supports pricing and positioning work, maintains key product databases, and contributes to product lifecycle and innovation activities. As the execution engine of the Product Management team, the Specialist bridges daily analytical work with commercial and strategic needs, ensuring strong collaboration with Product Managers, Sales, and cross‑functional partners. Main Responsibilities Product & Market Analysis Product Line Management Support New Product Development (NPD) Support Sales Tools, Market Information & Communication Profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or another analytical discipline. 13 years of experience in product analysis, data analytics, commercial support, or similar role preferred. Background in the packaging industry or related manufacturing sectors (e.g. closures, tubes, bottles, rigid/flexible packaging) is required. Strong analytical and technical skills (Excel, Power BI, modelling tools). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Understanding of product lifecycles, pricing, and market dynamics preferred. Commercial curiosity and interest in markets, customers, and growth opportunities. Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a matrix environment. Professional fluency in English.
