The position requires 2 years of relevant nursing experience. Candidates should have a strong background in emergency care. Certifications required include ACLS, BLS, and PALS. Experience with the Epic charting system is necessary. Travel experience is preferred for this role. The nurse will be responsible for the care of ventilated patients and managing central lines. Knowledge of emergency medications, isolation precautions, and IV vasopressors is essential. The position includes weekends and rotating shifts. The patient ratio experience will be determined based on unit standards. This role involves working with a diverse patient population and various emergency diagnoses.
