Title
Occupational Therapist - Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule
Days: Monday - Friday
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 32 per week

Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapy license
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions designed to improve patient functional abilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on treatment goals and expectations.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.

Compliance / Notes
- Background checks and drug screenings may be required.
- Scrubs required as part of the dress code.
