Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service
  • Greet guests with a welcoming, positive attitude and provide knowledgeable menu guidance
  • Assist guests throughout their visit, ensuring satisfaction from entry to exit
• Cashier & POS Operations
  • Accurately take orders and process payments using the POS system
  • Handle cash and card transactions with attention to detail
• Carryout & Delivery Coordination
  • Manage carryout and to-go orders, ensuring accuracy, proper packaging, and timely handoff
  • Safely and efficiently deliver orders to guests off-site while providing excellent hospitality
• Dining Room Support
  • Float throughout the dining room to check on guests, run food, bus tables, and maintain cleanliness
  • Keep front-of-house areas clean, stocked, and organized, including counters, beverage stations, and restrooms
• Team Support & Events
  • Support team members wherever needed to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
  • Assist with off-site tent and food truck events, and potentially catering operations
• Compliance
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced kitchen and restaurant environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic
• Comfortable with cash handling and operating POS systems
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Schedule
Full-time schedule with flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
