Fairfield Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager – Affordable in Channelview, TX to support property operations, ensure LIHTC/HUD compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will mentor leasing staff and help drive resident satisfaction. The role requires one year of residential leasing/management, LIHTC experience, Yardi familiarity, and strong fair housing knowledge.
