Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• A minimum of 1 year of experience
• Driver's License and proof of Insurance required
• Homecare Homebase (EMR) is required
• OASIS experience required

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800 - 1700
• Standard Hours Per Week: 40
• Home Health Therapy Services setting
• Approximately 6 total points per day
• Will accept a first-time traveler if seasoned to home health
• Patient population includes adult and geriatric patients
• No weekend rotation required
• On-call is not required unless requested
• Skills required include IV, pleurx, wound vac, wound care, assessment, disease teaching, and maintenance notes
