Franchia Vegan Cafe is seeking an experienced Lead Server / FOH Supervisor to join our team. We are a well-established Midtown Manhattan restaurant looking for a responsible and dependable hospitality professional who enjoys guest service and can help lead front-of-house operations. This is a full-time, stable, long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, professional service to guests
• Lead service shifts and support the FOH team during service
• Assist with staff scheduling and shift coverage
• Help train and onboard new team members
• Assist with inventory and ordering
• Handle guest concerns and ensure a smooth dining experience
• Support opening and closing procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant experience (lead or senior server experience preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
• Comfortable using POS systems (required)
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling tools, online systems) required
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills preferred
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Compensation:

Hourly pay plus tips. Lead servers typically earn an average of approximately $3040 per hour including tips. Full-time, year-round position. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
