Automotive Repair Technician C

Overview Automotive Technician (C‑Level) – AAA Club Alliance.Full‑time position providing routine maintenance and light diagnostic and repair services, including oil changes, tire and brake service, and battery replacement. The job is located at 105 Quarry Road, Downingtown, PA, or qualifies for remote work within the company’s operating footprint. Compensation Hourly rate: $21.55 – $33.54 (flat rate, billable hours). 20 billable hour guarantee per week and a productivity incentive that may increase earnings by up to $1,100 per month. Responsibilities Perform basic suspension and steering diagnosis and repair. Conduct basic brake diagnosis and repair. Execute alignments, tire repair, oil changes, fluid maintenance and exchange. Check and install batteries. Maintain knowledge of general automotive skills and develop additional technical skills to support varied work assignments. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two (2) years of automotive technician experience. ASE or car dealer certification in at least two categories: Suspension & Steering and Brakes , or the equivalent knowledge and experience with the ability to obtain required certifications within 12 months of hire. Valid driver’s license. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for prolonged periods. Successful completion of pre‑employment screenings (background check, drug screening, fitness for duty assessment). Authorized to work in the United States.
